Corporate Purchasing Card

The Corporate Purchasing Card provides a convenient alternate mode of payment to cheques, enabling companies make routine purchases and payments of bills, logistics and expenses from the comfort of their offices or via a POS/Internet in real time.

The Corporate Purchasing Card is designed to:

• Provide a safe, electronic solution for effecting purchases and payment of expenses
• Restrict purchases based on a variety of customizable rules: e.g. merchant category code restrictions, e.t.c.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies by restricting purchases to only approved suppliers, resulting in greater bargaining power in supplier negotiations.
• Eliminate tedious back-office processes by providing access to daily transactional information.
• Enhances internal control through greater transparency and superior reporting capabilities.

NB: This card is given as part of a mandatory combo package for all corporate accounts.
